Accutone makes headsets for call centres and offices, and our range is mostly binaural (two-ear) wired headsets. The UB610 family is the core: the UB610 MK3 USB headset with noise cancelling, the UB610 MKII binaural ENC headset, the UB610 MKII-UC wired headset and the UB610 MK2P stereo headset with noise cancelling. The UB110 is a simpler USB binaural headset.

For desk phone and contact centre set-ups there is the WB610MKII binaural noise-cancelling headset with a QD connector, the Lexsus I smart cord and a headset cable with mute.

Choosing the right Accutone headset

First decide how the headset connects. USB models such as the UB610 MK3 and UB110 plug straight into a PC or laptop for softphones, Microsoft Teams and other calling apps. QD (quick disconnect) headsets such as the WB610MKII connect through a separate cord, so agents can unplug the headset and leave the cord on the desk; make sure you order the right cord for your phone or computer.

In open-plan offices and busy call centres, choose an ENC (environmental noise cancelling) model, which reduces background noise picked up by the microphone. Binaural headsets help callers concentrate in noisy rooms, and an inline mute control is useful on long shifts.
