Niimbot

Niimbot label printers in South Africa

Niimbot makes compact thermal label printers that connect to a phone over Bluetooth. Our range includes the D11 portable Bluetooth thermal label printer in white, black, green and pink, and the D101, another portable Bluetooth thermal label printer. We also carry Niimbot thermal cable labels: yellow 12.5 x 74mm labels, 65 per roll, made for the D11, D110, D101 and H1S.

Because they are thermal printers, they need no ink or toner; the print is formed on heat-sensitive label rolls. Their small size also means one fits easily in a drawer, desk or toolbag.

Using a Niimbot printer

These printers work with a phone app: you design a label on your phone and send it over Bluetooth, which makes them handy for labelling pantry jars, files, storage boxes, shelves and network cables. Cable labels wrap around a cable to form a tag, so a patch panel or desk setup can be clearly marked. When buying labels, check that the roll lists your printer model; the cable labels above suit the D11, D110, D101 and H1S. The D11 colours share the same function, so pick the one you like.

For larger runs, such as shipping or barcode labels, a desktop label printer is a better fit.
