Desk phones include the S505 with a 3.5 inch colour screen, 4 VoIP accounts and 35 softkeys, and the S705 executive phone with a 4.3 inch colour screen, 6 VoIP accounts and Wi-Fi. For staff who move around, there is the DECT combo with a D10M handset and DB20E base station, plus extra D10M handsets.
Gateways connect analogue equipment to VoIP: the Vega 60 in 4-port and 8-port FXS versions and a model with 4 FXS and 4 FXO ports. At the edge of a VoIP network, the Vega Enterprise SBC handles 25 calls with threat prevention and transcoding.
Choosing Sangoma equipment
Check that your phone system or hosted PBX supports the model you choose; Sangoma phones are commonly used with FreePBX and other SIP platforms. FXS ports connect analogue phones, fax machines and door phones to the VoIP system, while FXO ports connect to existing analogue lines, so choose the Vega 60 with 4 FXS and 4 FXO ports if you need both. The S705 suits managers and reception desks that need more accounts and Wi-Fi, while the S505 covers general office desks. DECT is the better fit for warehouses and shop floors.
